Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within seven days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned except when a product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Kindly initiate a return by contacting our customer service team via phone or email so you can obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and a brief explanation about why it needs to be returned. When we approve your request, we will send instructions on shipping the goods back.
Please remember that you will pay shipping fees when sending items back to us. For this reason, we suggest using trackable transport and buying insurance that covers such shipments until they safely reach their destination.
Reproductions
Suppose there’s any discrepancy between what was delivered, like wrong specifications or damages incurred during transit. In that case, no extra charge shall be applied to reproducing boxes/other packs and materials, but it will be done for free! You only need to contact our customer care representative by writing to them using sales@packinco.com. Rest assured; they shall ensure speediness while settling this matter by ensuring correct goods get into your hands within the shortest time frame.
Refunds
It is important to note that once items have been returned, refunds DO NOT occur from us here at Packinco.com. Instead, we offer replacements or reproductions for faulty products. Our primary concern is ensuring each customer gets top-quality custom packaging materials that meet their expectations.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please notify us via sales@packinco.com immediately about such problems encountered during delivery so we can take necessary remedial action without further delay. We may either replicate such items afresh, substitute them with similar ones, or extend store credit depending on what suits best in each case.
